Rajiv Gangurde is the Vice President of Technical Operations for Cell and Gene Therapy at Parexel, with over 18 years of experience in CMC and bioprocess development. He leads strategies for early- and late-stage programs, overseeing analytical development and cGMP manufacturing for clinical trial materials.

Rajiv’s expertise spans viral vector manufacturing, vaccines, and biotherapeutics. His previous leadership roles include positions at SparingVision, Voyager Therapeutics, Genocea Biosciences, and LakePharma, where he advanced innovations in biologics and gene therapy development.
