Biography

After graduating, Melissa began her career at ABC Laboratories (now Eurofins), where she developed ligand binding assays to assess the effects of chemicals on aquatic life. She later transitioned to the biopharmaceutical side, focusing on developing potency, APA, and PK assays for both GMP and GLP studies.

After 12 years in CROs, Melissa joined Moderna to develop PD, APA, and nAb assays.
