Adam Brausa is a partner at Morrison Foerster in San Francisco, specializing in patent litigation with a strong focus on life sciences. He represents major biotechnology companies, including Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Arbutus Biopharma, and Genentech, along with emerging ventures across various sectors.

Recognized by industry publications as a top life sciences litigator, Adam was recently named a Litigation Star for 2024 by Benchmark Litigation. He is also active in pro bono work and serves on the board of FamilyBuilders.
