Chris Markus is a partner at King & Spalding in Washington, D.C., where she advises developers, sponsor companies, and investors on pharmaceutical and biotechnology laws at federal, state, and international levels. She specializes in strategic planning, due diligence assessments, and regulatory compliance.

Chris also counsels business transactions involving product development, marketing, licensing, and manufacturing. She is recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America for FDA law. She is an active member of the Government Relations Committee of the American Society of Gene + Cell Therapy.
