Biography

Patrícia Neves is the manager of the RNA Vaccine Development Partner Center for PAHO/WHO at Bio-Manguinhos-FIOCRUZ. She focuses on developing and manufacturing RNA-based vaccines and therapies in Brazil to promote regional self-sufficiency and democratize the RNA platform for Latin America and the Caribbean.

Patrícia has 18 years of experience in Immunology, Vaccine and Biotherapeutics Development, Public Health, and Equity. She has been recognized by Women in Science of PDA Brazil (2021) and SIBEN-Argentina (2022).
